Please notice, that in case of delay, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee handling in due form, and time and/or the services may not be executable anymore!
Besides, all incoming orders that reach Messe Düsseldorf less than 21 calendar days before the assembly period are subject to a late delivery charge of 35% on all prices and charges. This also applies to any documents that still require clarification or which are still incomplete by that date.
For safety reasons, the electric power will be switched off one hour after closure of the event on the last day.
A power factor of COS phi = 0.8 applies to all power connections and a frequency of 50 Hz.
Prices include material (rental), construction and dismantling.

Each ordered item must be entered in the stand layout plan. Otherwise it may be positioned at Messe Düsseldorf’s discretion.
We charge a basic fee of €19.95 for connecting the stand to the hall power supply.
Der Stromverbrauch wird je kW/h berechnet und über Zähler ermittelt. Der zur Zeit gültige Stromverbrauchspreis beträgt je kW/h € 0,47 zuzügl MwSt. Der Verbrauch wird über eingebaute Zähler ermittelt.
Cable lengths for all connections are approx. 5 metres from floor outlets. Excess lengths over 5 metres are available on request, against a surcharge.
For safety reasons, the power supply is turned off on the last day of the trade fair, one hour after the end of the event. Should you require electric power beyond that time, please make sure you let us know in good time.
